Refund & Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 45 days of the delivery date on your tracking. Pieces may be worn or unworn — as long as the white hygiene liner is still attached on bottoms.
How to start a return
- Email returns@baredip.com with your order number and what you'd like (refund, exchange, or store credit).
- We email you a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Drop the parcel at your nearest carrier point. Once it lands at our studio, refunds process within 3 business days; exchanges ship the day they arrive.
Free return shipping
Within United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union, return shipping is on us. For other regions, a flat $14 return label fee is deducted from your refund.
What we cannot accept
- Final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout)
- Pieces returned without the hygiene liner
- Items damaged by chlorine, sunscreen, or accidents (warranty handled separately — email us within 30 days)
